Was as advertised and arrived on time. It is a nice knife and very pleased. Was priced a bit high. Found it on another site cheaper.

I havent had a chance to really use this aside from a quick test run. But for what I got and the price I paid it was well worth the money spent. I plan to use this for squats and a few other things so I am excited to have cut some of the equipment out of the equation with this one item.

Overall, I am very satisfied. Certainly stand above the other pushup gear at this price.
