Pretty good multi-functional excise board. Does everything I need for my upper body.

The digital monitor provides real-time distance, speed, time, and estimated burned calories. It also records the last exercise details. I am biking with some exercise Apps, so I generally dont pay much attentions to the monitor. The digital device holder is big enough for both iPhone or iPad, and they fit perfectly.
