this is a very nice bench! Easy to assemble, super sturdy, and fairly comfortable.

The jump rope is very sturdy and light weight. I think it is a good value fir the money.

The rear of the flywheel is really more stable than a regular exercise bike!

Very stretchy and comfortable, and it doesnt roll down or up when exercising. I would just suggest going up a size if you are in between sizes. Im a L/XL depending on the clothing; I purchased a large and the waist band of the leggings is a little too snug for my liking. It makes my muffin top look extra fluffy lol. Other than that, great outfit.

Smaller than I expected. My fault for not paying attention to dimensions. I now use it to take my puppy for walks. Holds what I need for her and my phone with hands free.
