Quality of product was great and received sooner than expected

My bike arrived earlier than expected. This is my first bike and will definitely be my last. In simplest terms, it is awesome! Light , manage, functional and moves easily from room to room. I also ordered the mat which helps to protect my hardwood floor.

They were okay for the price

Before I started using this, I looked up videos from other users on how to use it properly. None mentioned that you have to wear it tightly around your waist, so that is key when using this product. The weight has to have something to "pull against" to spin around. You will use your knees. To use, you basically have to swing the weight to get it going and then bounce from side to side on each foot. The faster you bounce side to side, the more tension there is to keep the weight moving. I did notice my cardio increasing as my heart was beating faster when I was done

This bag is really great quality. It is small, but that is exactly what I was looking for. I had ordered another bag previously that was more expensive but it was almost as thin as paper. Will def look to this brand when buying back packs in the future.

I wanted something to use at home without having to buy a full gym and this pushup board was perfect!

I think it is the chair that I always want.

I usually wear a small but I wanted a much looser fit and these were perfect! They are a nice material, the typical dry wicking material and well made. Very happy with this purchase. Will buy more.
