This is a very good harness and I would recommend it to any one who needs to ascend, descend, Id stay in one place on a sloped surface. It is slightly uncomfortable because of the waist band buckle can dig in if not careful.

I have been looking for something like this for a while – and have purchased a few others that I didnt really like/didnt fit me well – I have a wedding coming up in roughly 1.5 months and my normal gym routine just isnt cutting it anymore as I age. Anyways, I used the Brabic one last night for the 1st time and I absolutely loved it – fit perfect (bit hard to put on, but I expect that) – I was soaked 5x the normal amount in the areas it covered in sweat – and I cant wait to clean it and wear it again on Friday for my Cardio Day.
