If you already have body shapers, give this a try. You might like it more than you think. Anyone new to these things, just jump in and get it. Well constructed and helps get your sweat on.

This is a very great set of jump ropes. Very easy to use. I can do double unders with these ropes without a problem. Light weight and they seem to be very durable as well.

These are very sturdy and do not wobble when working with heavy weights or doing arm dips, or jumping squats that need support.

Nice light weight jump ropes. Will update later on the durability.

1. I wish the seat cushion was softer. I had to spend additional on the seat cushion.
