The knife itself is "large" and reasonably well made for the price. It, along with the smaller blade will hold an edge and is quite shart. NOTE: the blade is over 8" long.

This is an excellent bbq set for the price. It includes everything you need. The extendable roast forks are very convenient. This set includes a sturdy zip up bag too. Everything fits perfect without having to try and stuff it in. Excellent to use at home for bbqs or to gift to a bbq lover.
