They were ready for me to use right out the pack, I didnt have to adjust them (Im 59). They dont hurt unless youre REALLY swinging them or you have very sensitive skin.

Handy, versatile, and lightweight jump rope. Im a bit on the shorter side, so I appreciated the option to reduce the rope cord by sliding the extra bit into the handle. Once I did that, I was able to use it with no problem. The cord itself is just as sturdy as the handles. No problems

I like the quality its soft, fits pretty good . I got an Xl . I weighed 140-145 lbs but I had little muffins hiding on it . Perfect size for ne.

True to size. Material is nice. Typical T-shirt. Was hoping they were a bit longer.

Cushion is firm and looks like will last. Bench is solid.

The display is nothing to write home about, but works for what it is. I love the tablet holder. Such a simple and elegant solution. Why spend hundreds of dollars more on a bike with a fancy display when you already have an iPad at home?

When I received this set I was a little disappointed because by the looks I thought it was not going to fit but once I tried it on OMG I loved it. Its really comfortable to workout, non see through which is very important to me and overall it fits great and enhances my body.

I bought these for working out to stay cool and not drenched in sweat, yes women sweat. They do their job and have kept me cool through workouts. I use these for biking also and everyday use when it is too hot out. Did not shrink in wash and did not fade or bleed on other clothing during wash either.

This is my first time purchasing a bike, and I was slightly concerned about the durability and sturdiness, given that I am on the heavier side. However I have been pleased with how it has held up to the rides I have been doing.
