really nice cotton, only disappointment is that I ordered xl thinking they would shrink,they do not shrink, but keeping cuz they are comfy

Its simple and effective, price is spot on and the best part is you can bring it anywhere and use it. Vacation, hotels, airbNb, camping. You never have an excuse not to do push ups. Its great

Purchased this is part of my knee replacement rehab on the advice of my physio therapist. Its a very tight band but works well - even though I am not in love with exercising period right now. Lol.
