Works great. In my younger days (40lbs lighter and in priime condition) I could knock off 10-15 pull-ups no sweat. Now i cant manage one. Im bound and determined to get back what I could once do so many years ago. These bands are going to assist be in accomplishing that. Thank you. I knocked out 3 sets of seven with the blue band.

We were in search of a lower cost option. After researching, we felt confident that we wanted it, this is good for us to stay at home and do cycle classes.
