Very good material and bar is not too heavy but heavy enough! Has two sets of bands and very awesome for squats!!

I cut this by one star only because if was a little smaller than expected. I bought another for me and this one for y hubby and his was small. That being said his was just as functional and we will enjoy using it on vacations.

I usually but the UA womens tech shirts. These are just as nice for a fraction of the price. I plan to buy more now that I know how nice they are.
