I am using the product for work out and is fit for all. Sturdy and easy to fold. But I recommend to include a little simple tool for assembly even though assembly is easy.

I like the shoes there just not for standing all day

If you already have body shapers, give this a try. You might like it more than you think. Anyone new to these things, just jump in and get it. Well constructed and helps get your sweat on.

I find this product very good to help me burn fat while exercising but also very great to keep me warm during the winter as the material used is so good that it keeps you very warm in the cold temperatures.

Very stretchy and comfortable, and it doesnt roll down or up when exercising. I would just suggest going up a size if you are in between sizes. Im a L/XL depending on the clothing; I purchased a large and the waist band of the leggings is a little too snug for my liking. It makes my muffin top look extra fluffy lol. Other than that, great outfit.

For reference Im 55 1/2, 140-145lbs, 28-29” waist and 38” glutes. I ordered the small.
