Easy to assemble with provided tools. Very quiet, sturdy except it has some minor side to side give to it, otherwise a Five. Easy to adjust resistance while on the fly. Other adjustments very easy without tools. Highly recommended.

The plastic construction may offer some doubt as to the integrity of its holding capacity, but it has not failed me yet.

Its always a tough one trying to get the right size for anything compression . Id probably go one size bigger ... or maybe even two of your tall or have long arms or legs ... Waist size is on point .. length could use some work . I got the xxl only because Im tall .. they work , Im not one to complain ... I really like how the items came. Due to the pandemic, me and my family are going to the gym less because our local gym doesnt limit the total guest. We need another way to do cardio when the its super cold outside.

I have recommended it to my niece who works at home, and finds it difficult to make it to the gym.
